Should I shop online or visit the boutique?
Our online store offers the convenience of shopping from home, at a time that fits into your schedule. Setting up an in-person appointment in one of our boutiques offers you a personalized professional fitting with one of our certified fitters. We encourage those shopping for mastectomy products to come into the boutique, especially if you are shopping for mastectomy products for the first time. You will have an opportunity to try on a variety of prostheses and bras to ensure the best fit for you. Please note that you will only be able to leverage insurance with our in-person boutique.
Can I use insurance to purchase products?
We do not accept insurance through our online site. However, we do accept many insurance plans in our on-site boutiques. Learn more about insurance coverage in Insurance Information for Clients or by contacting our office.
What if I have a question about the products?
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, we accept phone orders. Please call 1-518-439-5975 to place an order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
While our goal is to provide our clients with their products as soon as possible, sometimes products can be delayed due to shipping or vendor supply. If your product is significantly delayed, we will contact you. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for shipping.
What is the return policy?
Bras and camisoles may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must have original tags attached and not be worn, soiled, altered, damaged or washed.
All head coverings, wig accessories, lifestyle products and sale items are final sale.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as paid, less shipping charges.
How do I do a return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Once the return has been authorized, put items in a box with original receipt and mail to To Life! 410 Kenwood Avenue, Delmar, New York 12054 via USPS or your choice of carrier.
